Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the MVP Connect website, pilot, and communication services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account and contact information. You are responsible for protecting login credentials and activity under your account.

Permitted use

MVP Connect may be used only for lawful, consent-based communication with approved contacts. You may not use it for threats, harassment, fraud, impersonation, unsolicited marketing, illegal content, evasion of facility rules, or interference with networks or service providers.

Facility rules

Correctional institutions and other facilities control whether and how communications are accepted or delivered. MVP Connect is not affiliated with or endorsed by any correctional agency and cannot guarantee that a facility will accept, deliver, reproduce, or preserve any communication.

Messaging and delivery

Message delivery depends on carriers, email providers, recipients, facility policies, network availability, and accurate information. Messages may be delayed, filtered, scanned, converted, rejected, or unavailable. The service is not for emergencies.

Credits, pricing, and refunds

Applicable prices, credits, expiration rules, and refund terms will be displayed before paid public access begins. Pilot terms may differ and will be disclosed to pilot participants.

Suspension

We may limit or suspend access to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, address payment issues, or preserve service reliability.

Disclaimers and liability

The pilot and service are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. MVP Connect does not promise uninterrupted delivery or acceptance by a carrier, recipient, or facility. Liability limitations will apply only to the extent allowed by applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the pilot and service evolve. The current version and effective date will be posted here.
